There's also something a little icky, in a non-consensual sense, about the possibility that amnesiac Cas was married, given how entirely freaked out he was about the prospect of losing his virginity back in "Free To Be You And Me." When Dean asks if "Sam" is still even Sam, Castiel answers that it is an interesting philosophical question.
