Day 1
Airport - Kandy
At the airport you will be greeted by your chauffeur guide who will take you to the spiritual city of Kandy. Relish the scenic journey as you pass the paddy fields of the low country towards the city of Kandy. Find yourself surrounded by rolling green forests and listen for the trickle of rivers.

Day 2
Kandy
Spend a lazy morning at this beautiful property. During the day visit the Kandy city where you will be introduced to Kandy’s spiritual and cultural charm. Kandy is also well known as the center of Buddhism. Enjoy a walk around the Kandy lake and pay your respects to the Temple of the Lord Buddha’s Tooth Relic. Later in the evening attend a dance performance featuring traditional dances from the different regions of Sri Lanka.
Day 3
Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
From Kandy ascend to the tea plantation near Nuwara Eliya, specifically the Warwick estate. During the drive relish the endless views of tea carpeted valleys and the bright flash of female tea pluckers in their pimento, fuchsia and cerise saris. Break your journey at a local tea factory for a tour and a cup of freshly brewed Ceylon tea.
Day 4
Nuwara Eliya
For a complete experience of Sri Lanka’s panoramic mountains, travel just outside the town of Nuwara Eliya to the National Park of Horton Plains. Take a slow and steady hike which also features Baker’s waterfall. We recommend taking a picnic lunch before returning to the hotel and spend the day as you like.
Day 5
Nuwara Eliya - Ella
Continue your magical Sri Lanka honeymoon as you spend a lazy day at this private home. During the day proceed towards the picturesque town of Ella. Ella is a small village nestled in a valley peering straight through the Ella Gap and is surrounded by hilly countryside perfect for walks; through tea plantations, waterfalls.
On the way make a stop at Ravana waterfall. The falls are quite impressive, and you can climb over some of the rocks to get a closer look. It currently ranks as one of the widest falls in the country. During the local wet season, the waterfall turns into what is said to resemble an areca flower with withering petals.
Spend the evening at leisure enjoying the amazing views from your room.
Day 6
Ella
Today morning enjoy a hike to the Mini Adam`s peak. Hike itself is a worthy experience as you walk through lush green tea estates, talking to locals who are plucking and collecting tea leaves, working in the estate.
It is not a challenging hike and it`s quite short, but gives you a good impression of the landscape around Ella and the view is fantastic. So absolutely worth the climb.
Later in the afternoon visit the Lipton’s Seat lookout in Haputale that offers one of Sri Lanka’s most impressive viewpoints.
Day 7
Ella - Wadduwa
One of Sri Lanka’s charm is that how in a short time you will pass from the hills to the meandering rivers, past the farms, then to idyllic coast of Wadduwa. Here you will be staying at The Reef. Set amidst a large coconut grove with incredible views of the Indian Ocean find your find your very own suite.
Enjoy a relaxed stay at the comforts of your room.
Day 8
Wadduwa
Marvel at the raw beauty of Sri Lanka’s coast, spending the day carefree. As you step out on the sands don’t be surprised if your footprints are one of the few as the beach is fairly private.
Day 9
Wadduwa - Galle
Spend your morning watching the clouds float past as you day dream.
Later in the afternoon proceed to Galle to explore the UN World Heritage site; the Galle Fort. Explore the inside streets of the Fort, where you will see a myriad of old streets and houses man still holding their original names and facades.
Day 10
Wadduwa - Colombo Airport
As all good things must come to an end, we bid you farewell as our Chauffeur Guide transfers you to the Airport to meet your departure flight home.
